Happiness beyond well-being

The symposium is supposed to focus on the aspects and forms of happiness that are predictive of, but cannot be reduced to a quantitative measure of satisfaction or positive affect, and usually have been associated with eudaimonia, whatever the latter could mean. Most important relevant concepts are meaning, flow experience, self-determination, engagement, authenticity.

The structure of the symposium includes invited lectures of the prominent experts in the field (see below),  two round tables on theoretical and on methodological aspects of the problem, and posters.
