Research activities
The Laboratory research uses psychometric instruments to measure engagement, meaningfulness, types of motivational regulation, concordance of goals, including original developments by HSE Laboratory staff, as well as validated versions of well-known foreign methods. Research methodology includes self-determination theory (E. Deci, R. Ryan), flow (M. Csikszentmihalyi), activity-semantic approach in line with the cultural-historical theory of activity (L.S. Vygotsky, A.N. Leontiev, A.G. Asmolov, D.A. Leontiev).
