A Choice Not To Choose

On January 20th, a public lecture by a senior research assistant of the laboratory, Ph.D. Anna Fam on the topic "Choice not to choose: escape from responsibility or a mature personal position?"

The event was held in the framework of the joint cycle of the free non-profit educational project "Summer School" and "Republic", at the invitation of the psychological club "Praxis".
The lecture was devoted to the review of varieties of non-selection, their characteristics and possible consequences. Inviting listeners to a joint study of the question: is it always bad to give up control over the situation, having made the choice not to choose? - Anna Fam shared her author's view on this problem, supported by the data of many years of research by laboratory staff in the field of choice, self-regulation and personal potential.
